The Age of Self Indulgence

The Age of Self Indulgence

The post photography series of 80 works by Alice Gordon is in the
final hour of bidding. See the works and place a bid:

The Age of Self Indulgence
by Alice Gordon

In this series, “Alice Gordon continues to explore the depths of human psyche with her distinctive visual style. Here, the self is not singular but splintered, a chorus of personas each vying for the spotlight. As the body is replicated and reimagined, it becomes a metaphor for the multiplicity of selves that we adopt for different aspects of modern life.” Read the full artist statement and place your bid below.

All 80 pieces will be randomly assigned to winning bidders, with the auction set to end in less than an hour on Verse! Each bidder will be refunded down to the lowest winning bid price, so that each collector pays the same price without risk of ‘overbidding.’

Less than 45m left to bid!

The Age of Self Indulgence is part of TENDER’s exhibition of post photography AI series MORE.zip – exploring the maximalist edges of the medium and each artist’s unique expression. This show is presented on Verse – the premier platform for releasing special, art-forward generative series on Ethereum and across algorithmic and AI works from images, live code, and even on-chain.

Each week we will release a new series on Monday at 2pm EST through a 24h auction, ending on our weekly TENDER Tuesday… a day to celebrate important new works, special artists pushing the medium and their unique vision, and the collectors that propel the movement. TENDER will also host weekly Twitter Spaces to discuss the current release on these Tuesday mornings.

There are currently 8 series by 8 artists in the exhibition, and the list will be growing in the coming weeks. Check out the show’s page to read more about the concept and see more works of the upcoming series:
